Domino's Pizza

Friday night order two pizzas at approximately 11:00 p.m. came out of the oven at 11:46. Didn't get delivered till after 1:00 in the morning. Soggy horrible nasty. Tried to call that night. Store was closed. Called the next day. Spoke to somebody who claimed to be the GM and his name was George. There is no George that's GM. Supposedly took my information down to have the district manager call me. Wait until Monday. Heard nothing call back was given a runaround and told since I didn't make a complaint that night and I live in a studio that there was nothing they could do informed individual Alex hassle that I tried to call that night. I called the next day very smug says he doesn't have a district manager and that I cannot get a hold of the franchise holder. I will get a hold of both be warned go anywhere but

I needed to wait about 1 hour for my order. I called first time , the operator told me the shipper said she was 4mins away then I waited up to 30 mins without any pizza. Then, I called back again , the operator told the driver said she left pizza in front of my door. But I have noted down "please knock the door" , I waited in side just beside the door and there was not any knock . Besides, I also chose option deliver and give it by hand directly to me so why left my pizza at the door ??!! I needed to wait next 35mins for they make the new one. Such the worst service ever . This is my first time and it will also my last time with Domino. I bought H-E-B pizza and baked , it would much be better than it. If I could , I would rated minus point for you guys.

This location is closed, like almost every other business in the soon to be former Windsor Park Shopping center (except for a restaurant on the west side of the complex that caters to a more "upscale" clientele). A developer is going to build condos where this business was located. I don't know why Dominoes keeps changing the status of this location back to "open". The store front has been empty since July 2021.
