China Express Chinese Restaurant

So I ordered the lunch special general tso chicken and it comes with either steamed or fried rice and either soup or eggroll so I ordered it with the hot and sour soup and the steamed rice when I picked it up they charged me $15.25 and " forgot " to include the hot and sour soup so when I get back to my workplace I notice the soup is missing so I immeadiately called them and let them know that I had specifically asked them for the soup and she said well we didn't charge you for it even though we forgo to include it. Anyways long story short I went back picked up the soup and had to pay for it like $6.00 more needless to say I won't be referring people to this place. They are rude and uncourteous. P.S. I was only looking forward to the soup since the day is super cold and only to have to deal with all of this bs.
