clearly says open and they close at 10 its says so on the door !!! and they had 40 mins left til closing time not 10 not 5. "40" mins !! and the girl behind the counter said we closed we don't even have anything . As they were mopping the floor as I pulled up. Never go to food establishments in the hood or youll "Get hood service"

I came tonight to get myself a sandwich after a long day at work.. I understand getting to close early because I get wanting to leave but dude an hour before you’re even supposed to close and the sign says open. They put up a sign saying no card just cash so I went to pull out some cash at the corner store near by. I come back and the door is locked.. Truly annoying and disappointed because a girl just wanted a freaking sandwich. The two woman working there seemed to be happy about being “closed even though they’re not supposed to be.

I placed an online order at 1pm and it was not ready until 2:05 pm. So I had to stand there and wait while others continued to be helped. I already know to show up late but this was really really bad. Especially when the app tells you the order is ready which is all lies per usual. Generally very stingy with meat and toppings on subs as well. Sad bc I’m always very pleasant and leave a tip. Used to be a subway fan, but this location struggles greatly with day to day tasks

Worse place ever.. people should really stop going here, white and African American lady look like there on something…, I placed an order online, the app said it would be ready at 1:30 I went in there after, first thing I hear when I walked in there, them complaining about Spanish speaking customers how they need to try call a head and not go in person, because they still don’t understand what their saying the white lady told the African American lady “a soon as they come in tell them to go back out and call over the phone” as she was going somewhere else. Then they asked me what I wanted I mention I had placed an online order the African American lady said but what did you order, I had to tell her and she just said well we are out of a lot of meats so your order is probably just over there. Points by a computer/register that has all this other mobile order receipts that are just there none of the orders had been worked on.I asked how do I get a refund or where do I call. She just raised her shoulders and said I…DONT…KNOW…. I left had to get back to work waisted my lunch time in that trash place… today I called another location to ask how they go about that and the lady I spoke to was very nice explained the process to me. I called this store 10 times and no answered….. this was yesterday now I’ma have to go back in there and see if theirs is someone in there that knows how to do their Job right…..

Dombra and the white side with colored hair were TWEAKING so hard on drugs they could barely function. A large bald dude and a middle aged white lady were also working/partying with their kid running around the store making a scene. Huge line of people and none of the employees could function. I’m appalled

Before posting this review I tried calling 5 times and no one answered. The day before I got a chicken sandwich and woke up next morning sick and vomiting this is not okay! This is by far the worst subway I've ever been at everything was just so dirty I went in planning on eating there but because of how bad it looked inside I just left I regret eating anything from here
