Twice went here bc was in ATX for family matters. Both times everything was perfect. First time delivery to our hotel, second time we picked up on way to another hotel a few days later.
Yum. Go eat their delicious pizza and sides!

I’ve been coming to this exact location for over 2 years... never had an issue, I don’t know If the manager Shawna is New or what, but she is beyond past rude! Canceled my order because she couldn’t verify my address which I’ve had no issues with for 2 yrs. She definitely didnt have the patience to deal with the situation as I had to tell her to tone down her attitude myself. Smh if you don’t like your job, then quit! Read the rest of the previous reviews, seems like this has been an ongoing situation that STILL hasn’t been resolved!

Not only did our pizza arrive cold over an hour after ordering, but we weren’t able to request crushed red pepper online so we figured we would ask the delivery guy just for him to say “oh that’s an additional cost, you’ve got to order it online” 🙃

I made a mistake on my online order and the manager Amanda had no problem fixing my mistake. Thanks again Amanda, I'll definitely only be getting pizza from yall from now on!!

Never in my life have I ever experience over the phone like I had a this location. Jazmine should not be worthing with very rude customer service. How hard is it to take a single order. Took the order wrong when correcting her she said I gave the order wrong. She stated the I was threatening her and was I going there to do something to her. Would not give me managers name and hung up on me. Then kept blowing up my phone. Never have I had a pizza place call me back. Crazy! Where are the kind employees! Please do not order from this location.

They delivered my order to the wrong address and refused to replace the order or give me a refund so I had to go to the wrong address and pick the food up and bring it to the store for a refund the manager on duty has very bad customer service I will be contacting the general manager as well Shawna is the rudest manager ever and I will never go to that store any more I’m only one customer so loosing one customer may not matter
