Mcdonald's

First I will say customer service must be a dying out thing now a days. They never tell me my total which I know it’s on the screen. Still no thank you at the end of have a good day . Even when I say it to them. So I ordered something the other day they forgot to put it it on. I called back the Andrew said next time you come in I’ll take care of it I went in this time ask for the same thing told them what the manager said. They only could offer me a free small fries rather than just fix their mistake. They kept asking me how I wanted my food. Idk what the meant by that I simply said just how I ordered it. Train your workers a little better. Come on now

Made an online order for 2 iced coffee's and sat there for about 20 min and my husband had to go inside to get them and they never bothered to even make it. Also in the mean time 3 other people had gotten their orders and they came after I did. Bad service at this location. I don't even want to give them 1 star. This wasn't the first time this happened to me at this location.

They have good seafood, as the name state typical from Veracruz Mexico. a little bit highly price to my taste and for the place but at the end good, what I do not like is that it looks more of a gentleman's bar than a family restaurant, they Play a lot of Typical Mexican Music and have live music on Fridays after 7:00 PM

I walked in and wanted to order and they said order at the kiosk but I told them I didn't like ordering food there so one of the ladies came and took my order, I order what I usually get and it came out cheaper than usually does, so they gave me the old timer rate, the whole process turn out well, don't care to use machines to order food or anything else, businesses are taking away jobs by using machines, or having to check your own food out like Walmart, I want a person to wait on me, not a machine or doing it myself Walmart

Cashier who took my order was very rude! My card was not going through for some reason and she was no help at all, I was trying to figure out what was happening she just yelled the amount several times. Every time my order is wrong I don’t yell, I come back and ask for them to fix it politely. There is no need to be rude about it!

You know there was a time when this McDonald's particularly was a really amazing McDonald's. It had a train around the roof. It had the original puppets on display. It was just an amazing place and it just felt good to go. But long gone are the days from any McDonald's where it's just fun to be. At this McDonald's particularly, I used to try to use the mobile app because I know it can get busy but it's quicker to just wait in line for the drive-thru than to pull up and do curbside mobile app delivery. That says something. I know this store can get really busy and is at a prime location and I know we're in a postcovid world but someone really needs to up the standards at this place, particularly so that it's worthwhile to go to
