Best smoothies around. Popcorn chicken is always delicious - crispy with just the right amount of seasoning in the breading and just the right amount of oily. They can be a little slow, but that's because they are very popular - the lines can get long and the staff works furiously trying to keep up. So I'm not going to ding them, they get the full five stars. I'll keep coming back.

Good place for traditional Taiwanese cuisine and shaved ice dessert. Easy access, lots of parking spaces available. This place is popular so expect a bit of wait during peak hours. Dinging the establishment for the owner’s lack of professionalism and bad attitudes. The staff is good in general. Although store closes at 9PM, they actually start cleaning up by 8PM and by 8:20 not taking any more orders. I happened to walk in at 8:30PM one night. Everyone was busy cleaning up to bother telling me they are not taking orders. Way to make customer feel most unwelcomed Suggest the establishment revise store hour to close at 8PM if there is no intention to serve any more walk in customers beyond that time. - Shaved ice dessert is the primary attraction for me here. Quality is here as long as you don’t get a newbie server that does not understand the dessert and serves up a bland dish of ingredient-stinginess. - Fried Tofu with Peanut sauce is nice - Rice Ball with Pork and bamboo shoots is good but the sauce is a bit off - steamed dumpling is not authentic and the skin wrapper was too thick

Love their tea and boba teas. Crispy chicken nuggets is a must try! Love their Mango Tea too! Opens pretty late, a good late night bite spot. ==Second Visit== Tried their Fried Buns, Ground Pork with Rice(卤肉饭), and Curry Fried Ckicken with Rice(咖喱鸡排饭), Pot Stickers(Pork). Crispy Chicken(盐酥鸡) is still the winner. Curry Fried Chicken with Rice is good. Ground Pork with Rice is ok, could be better if the Pork is a bit juicier.

I decided to get my kids and their friend a treat and asked them to order online so that it could be ready by 8pm. We received the confirmation that our three drinks would be ready by 8pm. So we arrived by 757pm and waited patiently in line. When asked for the name of the order they said the order was not yet ready! Not only was I in a hurry ....hence the reason we ORDERED ONLINE... but the drinks suck! The bottom of the drinks are warm and not mixed correctly at all. Why give the option of ordering online and ahead of time if you're not going to complete the order correctly. We ended up leaving at 8:10pm.

very clean place, affordable price, friendly and efficient staff. amazing drinks (great drink choices), cute and really delicious side desserts!! i tried the red bean dorayaki and it was amazing: perfect sweetness, soft "cake" that melts in your mouth🤤 the cheesecake bites are also really cute and awesome. i like the original one the most!

When you walk in you can just smell the aroma of the food in the air. My personal favorite dish is the ground pork with rice and pickled vegetables with a tea egg. My family also loves the green onion pie. The shaved ice is very cheap compared to other shaved iced places in Austin and it tastes amazing.
