What a trash place!!!! Card reading machine is not working, chip reading machine doesn’t exist!!! It’s 2022, look outside!!! The cashier asked me if I had a card that “works”, how stupid did he think I was to give him none working card?!! A guy in front of me had to leave without goods cuz he also didn’t have a card that “worked”. While in line, 4 people had to leave empty cuz card reader didn’t work…BUY A NEW CARD READER AND STOP ABUSING THE PUBLIC!!!! Went across the street, easily paid for my stuff!!! Don’t go to this trash place, better cross the street. Pleasant staff and EASY TO PAY!!!!

I go to this store multiple times a week for taquitos and a fountain drink. Today I go in and there is a new guy working whom I never seen, he asked me if my drink was coffee and I told him no it's Horchata. He goes to say I'll have to charge you for coffee and I tell him again the drink is not coffee and he needs to go to the soda machine and see for himself. He rolled his eyes as disbelief. I don't have time for folks and their silliness. Next time I'll pull the lid off and tell him to smell it then go get a new one.

Let me start off by saying I never complain or write bad reviews. I work in the customer service industry my whole life so I'm very understanding. I got a bag of beef jerky come home sit down after getting off work open the bag had one piece and noticed that the bag had looked like a rat had got into the bag! I immediately spit it out and got grossed out. I was not about to drive to the store again because I got off work and wanted to just hangout. So today I go to inform them what happened this is where my experience got bad! I went in all I wanted was an exchange that's it I love beef jerky. I got to the first person I see told him what happened he asked me to wait a moment and it seems I was waiting for a manager or supervisor. I was just in the middle of telling him I wanted to return this item and was telling him how I only had one piece when he jumped down me put of no where said we don't return only same day and I can't take it because I looks like something got into it. Well that's what I was trying to tell him he had the worst attitude and was so rude to me. I'm not one to make a seen so I nicely sarcastically told him to have a great day because he was blaming me for the bag. You have lost my business for life at that store and I'm a local. I will make my friends aware of this as well as anyone of my guests! I will not buy from any 711again. I have never felt this way before. I wish I had taken the time to get the guys name but I was so upset and afraid I was going to tell at him that I left. You need to speak with your employees and tell them how to treat customers! I'm sorry I was so rude on this review but this is my horrible experience!
