Ordered on doordash and originally they sent the wrong pizza entirely. Got a refund through doordash and re ordered the pizza. Pizza was stuck to the pan it was cooked on and was only able to get 3 pieces off to actually eat. This papa johns was called both times and they told me I had to do everything through doordash and get a refund. I just wanted a pizza bro. I understand ordering through doordash is a different system but straight up I just wanted a pepperoni pizza for dinner. Guess that’s too much to ask for from this place 🤷🏼♂️

Husband brought this home from this location today, taste like cardboard, half the crust is so thin it's almost as thin as paper, and then some is barely raised at all, box says crust that's perfectly pillowy lol and pretty sure that's not this pizza, very disappointed , will not be purchasing from thos location anymore, stick to the one thats closer to our house he just happend to be next door at an appointment so he picked some up to bring home. False advertisement and should be disappointed in the quality that they sent this out like this, they didn't even care it's obvious oh forgot to add that one of the garlic were open and leaked all over inside the box and the outside but my husband didn't realize till he got home and was eating it and the box was literally soaked from garlic

Was visiting from out of town and picked up an order here on my way to run another errand. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. The breadsticks weren't the prettiest thing ever but they tasted fine, and my order was made completely correctly. I see there are several negative reviews on here but my experience was great.

Megan is the worst manger ever. I usually order from this store all the time but I will never order from here again!!!!! My pizza took an HOUR TO GET TO MY HOUSE. When I called to get an explanation Megan acted like she never seen my order or even delivers to my address. I order from this store ALL the time and never had an issue before all she had to do was take accountability and she refused to now I’m going over her head with this issue that could have been resolved with a simple apology.

I am beyond disappointed with this Papa Johns location. We placed an order over the phone and told them we would be paying cash. Waited and waited almost 2 hours and decided to call them to see what was going on with it the lady at the answering service said that the store cancelled our order and she would connect us to the store for an explanation. It rang and rang and no one picked up. We called six times to try and speak with someone. So our dinner has been delayed quit a bit, thanks Avon location .. My teenager is not as understanding as I am and is giving me fits because he is hungry. Do better!

Ordered pizza, chicken and breadsticks tonight. Set delivery for 8:15. It’s 8:40 still no food. Called and checked status, was just told it would be here any minute. No apologies, no explanation. Now waiting for our order and hoping it arrives soon as my children do need to go bed soon! So disappointed in the customer service! Still waiting…………………..
Update: food arrived 25 minutes late….…cold. Like really cold!!!😡 wish there was a way to leave no stars!

love this place. staff is very welcoming & u can tell it’s a great work environment. Managers are AWESOME. while i was there yesterday someone was complaining (honestly not too sure about what didn’t catch that part) but manager handled it very well & when she didn’t get the answer she wanted she sent her husband in to ‘handle it’ he was rude as hell. man asked the cashier ab 4 times in maybe 1 minute to speak to a manager cashier kept saying ‘he will be right back’ mind u the store is busy it’s super bowl sunday phones ringing orders are coming in & manager is also making pizzas. manager was busy so customer called the cops 🙄 sadly had to leave as i’m also a delivery driver & had to get my order out. moral of the story managers & all employees handle Karen’s & Kevin’s (of all shapes & sizes) very very well!!! i applaud this location. sadly didn’t get names of mangers or employees but they are amazing!!!

Had delivery Friday night, the girl LEFT our food at the wrong address and then was arguing with us that it was the right location! Refused to give us a refund since they remade it, they had to they didn’t deliver to right place first! And then once our remake was delivered to right address (thanks Door Dash) the order was completely wrong and extras that I had paid for were not there!
