Popeye's Chicken And Biscuits

To be honest, I am a HUGE lover of Popeye’s!! It is my absolute favorite fast food. This store had very good customer service. Unfortunately, I ordered a fish sandwich, that came out very overcooked. It was like eating fish jerky with very little fish. 1/2 of my sandwich actually had NO fish at all, just breading that was over cooked and dried out. Where you could see white fish, it was extremely dried out. I am pretty sure it had been sitting under some kind of warmer for hours!! To add insult to injury, the store was advertising beignets but were sold out. The lobby is closed so to get a replacement sandwich I would have to sit in the line again and it was wrapped all the way around the building. We needed to get home so I grabbed food elsewhere. I will definitely give this Popeyes another try, but hopefully it is better next time around.

this review is for the popeyes on blue heron blvd in Riviera Bch FL .. great spicy sandwiches .. ! wonderful staff at the drive thru ! easy, cooperative, and tasted delicious .. ! the only thing just is they put rice in my beans (that I specifically asked to omit the rice !) grrr .. and the homeless guy in the orange hoodie (see pic) asking for money at the drive-thru speaker .. (sorry but when can I not be asked for money anymore .. ??) the gas station the off ramp the intersection now the popeyes drive thru .. ?????) the rice mistake was discovered when I got home .. the homeless guy was a real PITA since he was quite aggressive in trying to intimidate me about looking at the menu when I was there by the intercom, and he even got aggressive w/the popeyes employee who came out asking him to leave .. I know its not a perfect area, but (theres at least FIVE different homeless shelters/food banks) for South Florida right by Singer Island .. but to participate you hav to promise to giv up the lifestyle .. ! you can eat, sleep, live therebut !! you hav to giv up the drug dr lifestyle !! the beach (atlantic ocean/intercoastal) I must say overall this is can Awesome popeyes location .. ! dont hesitate ! this is 4 stars easy !

I ordered a 3 piece white, biscuit and mashed potatoes no gravy. I got 1 wing, a leg and thigh and my mashed potatoes had gravy. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the young lady that took my order was polite. Two times in a row my order wasn’t right. I know I’m just one person, but I’m not going back.

This may have been the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The people behind the counter were clueless on how to put an order together. Even though the lady on the register rang the order up correctly, I still got absolutely nothing correct on my order. Even after waiting for 15 minutes in a drive through line, they're still not able to put together precooked "fast food" meals. It's unbelievable. Not to mention they had plenty of staff in the building. It's a shame because usually popeyes is good food but the food we did end up getting was also not very good. One of our nuggets had a very odd looking inside to it and the red beans and rice were 100% old. It's just beyond me how I wait that long in a very short line and the workers are just not able to put together a simple puzzle. I hope the next customers have a better experience but this seems to be a regular ordeal.

Placed two orders leg and breast combo meal and 8 pc nugget meal. They gave me a thigh and wing. Went back through drive thru and got the right pieces. Got home they had given us shrimp instead of nuggets. Called the store and told the Manager what happened and explained that it is ridiculous his workers aren't trained better. Went back to get the nuggets and got home and they had spitefully soaked them in grease. This store will never get another dime from me. Their customer service is deplorable.

Absolutely horrific customer service.. Lady who took the order at drive thru was super short with us, glares from the other staff. 5$ for a kids meal that was literally NOTHING but one leg, juice, & apple sauce.. Spent 43$ & didn't receive much of our order at all.. It really just seemed like they didn't care to do their job at all.. Absolutely ridiculous ~ but what do you expect with the younger generation in the workforce?
