Donatos Pizza

I ordered a regular large pepperoni and sausage. Pizza I got was a thin crust (I hate thin crust). Pizza was very dry like they forgot to put any sauce on it. I counted a total of 7 pepperonis and a dash of sausage. And as of Mar 7th 2022, 1 large cost $19.49. Too much for a pizza lousier than Little Ceaser's. They won't see me again.

I called because we were missing a pizza. I had to ask the 2nd person who came on the phone if she was the manager because she just said, "Hi, this is ___." She actually said, "I'm confused. Your pizza just came out of the oven." 🙄 Really? She's either lying about being the manager or Donatos has really low standards. No apology or offer to make it up to us. Just that once the driver gets back they'll send it out... 45 minutes after I hung up, my husband drove to the restaurant get our old, cold pizza...When he got there they said the "pizzas" just came out of the oven. Got a refund. Headed to Wendy's. Oh, the one they delivered? I did NOT order well done.

Typical Donatos franchise. As always my pizza and salad were fresh and delicious. If you've never had a pizza here it's a thin crust piled high with your toppings of choice. I suggest they're Serious Meat specialty pizza if you're a meat lover. We visited this restaurant in the middle of the day and the service was friendly and lightning fast. The tables and floors were spotless clean. The bathrooms were clean, though the fixtures were old. Access to/from highway 36/Rockville Rd. was quick and easy and parking was ample. Handicap parking is available as well the restaurant has handicap access and bathrooms. Baby changer available in the men's bathroom as well.

No garlic on the burnt cheese bread I'm guessing that's supose to be full order of cheese bread had to pull apart ,hot wings were good, pizza really dry! not much toppings or sauce ect . on pizza and they were out of mushrooms( pizza place out of mushrooms hmmm) little pricey for what you get.but with in reason, probably wont go back :0(

Amazing and tasty pizza, every time! I'm always impressed with the generous toppings you give. Even better, you deliver to my house every time with a tasty pizza. A competitor down the street let's you order delivery and charge you then call and say that they can't deliver. Keep up the good work! I'll always be a loyal customer. 🍕

We went to Texas Roadhouse tonight and my granddaughter parked at Donatos as we were going to buy pizzas to send back to her dorm. The website says they are open until 12:00. We left Texas Roadhouse around 9 and we noticed granddaughters car was missing. Donatos had her car towed by Hanna towing and Hanna was there towing another car as we were sitting in parking lot getting directions to Hanna. Donatos lost a sale and were rude when we asked about the car. They said they were already closed and it was 9. I think Donatos and Hanna towing are working together. Who has tow trucks just sitting in their parking lot?
