Applebee's

I’m only giving it four stars due to them fixing the price. They were open when we arrived only to be told that they were so under staffed that we couldn’t dine in. Mind you there was only one other table of people there and they were seated. So we tried to go to sit at the bar and they informed us we couldn’t sit there either due to no bar tender. We could Oder carry out but we couldn’t get a drink while we waited. I ordered the 8oz steak and shrimp only to find out they were out of the 8oz so they gave me a 6oz and didn’t charge us for the shrimp. Food was good but small, and the price was good because she charged us less because they were out of so many items. I love Applebees and their food but this location drastically needs more staff.

The lady in the front wasn't the friendly didn't greet us. Just said how many took us back and walked away so that was rude. The waitress was nice. The bathrooms were disgusting. They didn't have crayons for the kids menu. She could have given us a pen or pencil but nope. Nothing. And no mozzarella sticks. At all. So was not impressed with this location!

Overall experience was just okay, if that. Greeter didn't smile even one time, she seemed stressed and crabby but it wasn't even busy. There were maybe a couple people seated in each corner of the restaurant, it was very slow. Maybe she had a personal issue going on, who knows. Server was a little better, attentive but still not very friendly. The food was really meh. The ribs were definitely not worth it. Mostly was just disappointing on all fronts, especially since it was the first dine-in restaurant we took our young kids to since the beginning of Covid.

Was horrible. Took my children here after a busy day and didn't feel like cooking. Will never be back. Server was great. The food was horrible. 4 steaks all sucked and my chicken was cooked hours before I ordered it. To top it off plastic pieces in my daughters food. Manager tried to explain they use plastic in the kitchen and that's why it was in the food. Unacceptable! I assume they use chemicals in the kitchen too, but I don't want that in my food either. At this rate they will go out of business soon. Hope they do. Also, manager said she would take 2 plates of our bill but only took one off. I still tipped the server over 30% because I understand she has nothing to do with it and was the only good part. Well, that and the pepsie. The Pepsi was the only thing we would say was good. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. We will never be back.

Went in tonight for dinner with my girlfriend , we both got burgers , food was cold and our server Alyssa , had an attitude when we asked for it to be remade , we heard her talking loudly to what seemed to be a manager & he didn’t seem to care too much either. Seems like they need a better staff. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere

I work in the culinary industry. My girlfriend and I decided to come here for my birthday seeing as they are the only restaurant open late at night...we get there at 11:20 to be told the kitchen is only doing to go orders because the kitchen closes at 11:30 and Applebee's is open until 12.... What's the difference between cooking for here or to go??? Literally asinine. I'll never come back to an Applebee's again. We've been here several times and the food is always sub par, the service is always sub par, the bill is always ridiculous... They've lost all respect from me and looking at the reviews, from a lot of people.

This location is harder to find then some of the other Applebee’s location are it is sandwiched in the back of the Avon Commons between Home Depot and Kohl’s department store. When you arrive there is plenty of room for parking. This location is handicap accessible. You are great but there friendly staff who will then start whatever great meal or meals you decide to order. Great place to relax and enjoy your self.
