Domino's Pizza - Aylesbury - Cambridge Street

You can order food from here and it might arrive… it might not. You’d be lucky if they even pick up the phone. If you do get a pizza it’s more than likely cold. Just under 2 hours I’ve been waiting for food and past 30 minutes it’s been saying delivered when it hasn’t. Avoid at all costs and if you really want pizza just use Pizza Hut. Edit: Pizza arrived 2 and a half hours later, both were cold as well the sides. My pizza was solid and I was sick 6 hours after having a slice. My other half’s pizza was fine but cold. Avoid this store at all costs.

Appalling service Ordered Pizzas for the kids as a treat as it was one of those days. App stated that the pizzas had been delivered at 4:55pm but no pizzas were evident. Rank at 5:05pm to be told (after calling the driver) that he was 5 minutes off. At 5:20pm still no pizza so called again, same story, he was 5 minutes off. At 5:40pm, still not there but this time they could not get a hold of the driver. At 6:00pm I rang again to be told by someone new that the driver had just left, and they could not call them as that would be illegal since he was driving. Asked why it was possible to call before and not now and the person intimated that the others had been lying. When the driver arrived, he confirmed that he had just left. So an hour full of lies. On arrival the pizzas were warm and not cold backing up the fact that the driver had just left and that the pizzas have been recently made. Side orders were cold though. Pizzas were fine, service appalling, constant lying all over the place. Just do not bother with this particular franchise.

Pizza is great when you manage to get it. Absolutely dreadful delivery service. On the pizza tracker it shows delivered in under 30 minutes but pizza still not here after an hour. This is not the first time this happened but unfortunately the convenience of ordering on the app makes me come back every now and again. There should be a minus rating system as these guys deserve a minus 5 not 1 star

Ordered 3 pizzas at 18.50 and 2 hours later none have arrived. Called after an hour and we’re told they’re on the way, but the person on the phone didn’t seem to care at all. trying to call through to cancel and have been cut off 6 times. Appealing service and totally useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you are willing to wait a minimum of 2 hours for your pizza!

Took 5 hours!! Ordered at 6.40 arrived at 11.20. Rang 45 times to no answer. Never would believe takeaways could be this bad unless they are deliberately taking the mickey. Took 2 hours 2 weeks ago, complained. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as an off night. These guys should give up the franchise and find another career as they clearly are useless at running a takeaway. Avoid at all costs.

AT ANY COST AVOID THIS! if I had a choice I would have given 0 star. I had my daughter's party yesterday and I ordered pizza for collection an hour before party time. When I went to collect my pizza I was told that they are short staff and have not taken the order in kitchen yet. All staff were poker faced so they had no sympathy or guilt of this either. Manager was missing and spoke to manager. He agreed to refund me the cost and give me voucher of same amount over phone. Since I spoke to manager he's missing, I have called couple of times asking him to give me call to arrange refund, but no calls being returned. I now have to go through customer services route to go through grilling refund process. Party is ruined as a result and that obviously comes with embarrassment!

If you like cold pizza with the occasional hair tenderly baked in then this dominos is the place for you. Once you've selected the pizza you want to be poorly made, you can expect an unexciting 2hr wait for it to arrive, don't bother calling the store for an update as you'll be told ‘It's with the driver and should be there any momentarily” which is, 90% of the time, completely untrue. This is from my experience via multiple orders from this store. If you do want to order from here, I suggest collecting, at least your pizza will be warm. order for delivery at your own risk and make sure you have your oven pre heated.
