Jimmy's Fish Shop

Absolutely the worst fish, chips, potato cakes. Fish was grey/slimy, chips so oily they had been cooked a few times, called to give feedback to have a defensive lady, who didn’t want to listen. Jimmy’s used to be amazing - but house hold members shared they had awful food from there over past few months. Unfortunately this has led to a poor review.

As our favorite fish and chips was shut for holidays we decided to try food here as we remember the times when a Norvegian family owned the shop and we drove from the city to have their food. We tried several times after and never liked the result, this time was not much better. Potato cakes were allright, but the scallops were a disaster. They looked enormous, but it was all batter and the tiniest piece of scallop inside, i've never seen anything like that. I wonder what the owners think of their business. There are other shops around, you try it once and never come back. So we are looking forward to our favorite shop to open, it has never let us down.
