I ordered a Combo of 6 chicken nuggets a frozen coke and a Large chips. My brother ordered just a plain large chips, my sister ordered 3 tenders and a large chips. Chips very nice and salty and the chicken nuggets were just perfect with a little sauce. I highly recommend this place.

Went to get takeaway on Saturday night about 6.30pm. There were about 10 people waiting for their orders and looking quite angry. I asked someone how long they had been waiting and they said 40 minutes. One guy walked up to the counter and demanded a refund he'd been waiting so long. I waited about 35 minutes and finally got my food. Supposed to be fast food right?
Get it together KFC, you've lost me as a customer.

I travel here every month from the CBD. This KFC compared to my local on Elizabeth Street in the city has to be the best ever, that I've ever encountered. Great friendly service, clean restaurant and the fried chicken was so piping hot and fresh!!. Elizabeth St Kfc service is atrocious, chips always soggy, chicken looks burnt due to oil not being changed and they make you use those pathetic machines to make your order. I'd rather be served by a human. Congratulations Bacchus Marsh KFC!!.

Can be hit and miss with any KFC really. On the last occasion it was a miss. The chips were soggy rather than crispy. The chicken was the same too. So oily and soggy that all the crumbed seasoning was rubbing off on each other leaving the zinger fillets looking sad. Wicked wings weren't a saviour of the meal either. Also soggy and tasted like the oil was dirty.
Will it stop me coming back..... probably not but it doesn't make me want to rush.

great staff dropped in tonight to get a feast for the family 1 of the kids birthday so a surprise for them since we don't do much takeawy absolutely flat nacker in the joint had a five min wait just for the chicken carpark was full of customers waiting for their feed right top work from the boys n girls kept their calm and customers were given their stuff as soon as they could I was inside watching it all unfold in front of me they all did a terrific job with a smile all the way

Once again my order was missing items, make sure you ask for the receipt when you pay. If you argue about missing items at the colection window, they tell you to go back around to the drive through and reorder the missing items that you have already paid for
Not the first time this has occured and not the second time either.

Delivery came missing half the stuff but KFC doesn't answer their phone so it can not be corrected. This has happened several times and then we have to go and collect the items ourselves- defeats the purpose of delivery and why do we pay the delivery charge for?? Lift your standards KFC- it's pathetic

Not bad for a KFC, food came out in a timely fashion and amenities were clean, the restaurant itself could have done with a bit more of a clean but shop staff were very friendly and polite , will definitely be back here when in the Bacchus Marsh area
