The tacos still taste good, but the problem is I live 12 miles from Taco Bell and by the time I get home they are just soaked through and falling apart. You wind up eating them with a fork because they're so messy. A few years back I live the same distance and that never happened, so I'm figuring that it's thinner shells or something.
They never asked you if you want any sauce and half the time I forget so I wind up at home with none.

So every time I come here there's an issue. The tacos are so flat its basically just a shell. The cheese cups are not filled. I am ALLERGIC to tomatoes and still every time they put tomatoes when I ask them not too. Do better.

Took a pretty long time for food but it tasted good.

Closed the dine in area without any signs. Then couldn't find the online orders. Took over 10 minutes to figure all this out.

I mean I sit waiting for the guy at the first window to take payment while he eats and drinks clearly not talking to anyone. Go to the second window they snap that I have to back up and pay at the first window which I can't since there's a line of cars. I was later told it's so their timer doesn't start and they don't get in trouble for long wait times. Rarely get the right food in the right amount. I think it's gotten worse since they removed KFC.

The pandemic wasn't kind to TB. Long wait times and inaccurate orders were common. After the removal of KFC, an updated building promised a new start. Unfortunately inaccurate orders made my visit less than satisfactory.

I would like to give a better rating but every single time I have went through this drive thru my order is wrong. 9/10 times I'm missing items.

Waited over 25 minutes for them to give us the wrong items. LADY that took our order argued with me stating that is what I ordered by clearly wasn't. UPON arrival they just ignored us while we waited to place our order! They do not deserve the wages they are getting!!!!!
