La Mina Cantina

DOS: 1/24/2022 Food: ordered the Chili Verde nachos. They were pretty good. Wish they had more chili verde on them though. Drinks: Had watermelon margaritas. They were some of thee best ones Ive had. First one almost tasted like a Jolly Rancher which I love. Service: I think there was only one server, at least that's all I saw. So it was a bit slow. I will not hold this against them. Did the best they could.

STAY AWAY! Service was terrible, it was empty so there was no excuse. They didn't bring us silverware. Our food was terrible; the rice was cold, meat stale and old, the grilled jalapeno was cold in the middle. We are never returning to this establishment, and regret not walking out before the over 10 min it took for them just to ask for our drink. We didn't even hardly touch our food it was so bad.

Their patio has a rock boulder water fall fountain and we ate out there, I had the best shrimp cocktail, was so good, lots of shrimp, the broth was spicy which I liked, very tasty. My hubby had the La Mina Burrito, he said was very good. We also order some guacamole, yummy yummy, their salsa was very good too, chip warm, thin and crisp. Enjoy, its worth it!

Our family visited the district location. After seeing that there was hardly any one there on a Sunday, I thought we were going to have great service. I was wrong, half of our order came out messed up, and a plate was taken away from my daughter then given the same plate back. The drinks there were horrible, I will never be a bouncer at this establishment nor will i ever return to any of the restaurants in town. To top it off they gave a discount for military of $1.45 of the bill, which was $152. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!... THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. 1/4 STAR RATING
