Not only you can get a burrito, vegan style... You can also get your 91 octane for your car to get back on the road. Great service.

Terrible Customer service. Never going back to this place.
This whole fiasco occured while in the drive . When I asked for a couple of extra tacos I was told I had to go around the drive through AGAIN. I already had been waiting for my order for over 10 min. The woman and her friend had been playing while preparing my order. Mind you it was an order of 6 tacos and 6 burritos, their family, "special." Horrible food, you are better off going to another location.
SERVICE, ATTENTION and ATTITUDE towards customers is lacking. Never going back nor RECOMMENDING this place. If I could, I would give it 0, none or negative stars.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. If possible NEGATIVE. Went to this location at night and the service was TERRIBLE. It took them too long to take the order. When at the window, it took a while for the food to be done. Mind you it was not a large order. When I asked for an extra item, I was informed I had to go around to order again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TERRIBLE FOOD. Don't know exactly what is going on in that location but night management and employees need to be REVIEWED.

I visited Del Taco for the first time last night with my teens. The service was great but they have a really bad homeless element around the restaurant. We ate in and they let a homeless guy sit inside the place an stare at us while we ate and when we did not give Him a dollar not food he cursed us out. And the restaurant staff did alsoultly Nothin to accommodate us. Never going back ever.

My beans were dry and tasted odd
There was little red sauce and my girlfriend ordered sour cream but just got a tiny amount. The guy at the window look tired and stressed. But he was friendly and working hard. I could see he was doing the best he could do at 1:40 am.
I hope the boss knows he has a hard worker.7/27/19. 1:40am

My family and I love Del Taco. And as we were traveling through Bakersfield, we stopped for lunch. But I do have to say that this is most definitely the worst Del Taco we've ever at at. Most of the staff, seemed like they hated their jobs. The wait time for our whole order was ridiculous long. I had to go back up and request it, because they forgot about it. The food was edible, but barely. Fries were cold, and 90% of our food tasted over cooked or burnt. I don't know how this Del Taco is still in business. Good luck if you decide to stop here. Should have stopped 5 miles north at the other one!

For this branch of Del taco, you certainly get a lot of homeless people and interesting customers coming through the door. I took my nephews there and the food was worth the price. I wouldn't reccomend getting here late. After the Carrows shut down next door a lot of homeless roam the area and unsavory people who may or may not be looking for problems.
Honestly just get here before midday and order whatever; all the food is darn good for the price. The company could work on making the patties for the hamburgers bigger but itsit's a taco stop just like taco bell so it's understandable why they'd put more emphasis on making their tacos their prime selling food.

Del Taco, Especially this location, is top notch. I understand that there have been some negative and less than positive reviews in the past And that is very sad to hear, but I truly believe the company and staff are trying to rectify those issues and do the very best possible to ensure each customer and diner is treated to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I encourage you to give it a second chance, and if you already do and continue to love this place, thank you.
