I can say this store is one of the bests I've ever took my family there. Great and friendly staff; great quality ice cream; so clean.

Ice cream was cool, but I’d check your soda if I were them I bought one just to wake up from caffeine and it expired it July of last year so that was lame

It's one of my favorite ice cream spots. I really enjoy founders favorite and germanchocolatecake. The service is fast but it can be a bit pricey.

The smell when you walk in is SO strong and SO unpleasant, I had to walk out because I couldn't stand to be in there, let alone eat anything made there. They need a deep cleaning to get rid of the gross smell.

I'm pretty sure that this store has not done a deep clean and disinfect on the equipment and floors. There is a stench of sour milk and the checkout LCD terminal screen was caked in grime. Gross.

1st time ever been in bakersfield. And its in a very nice shopping center. The blonde that was working there very sloppy. I order3d a pint.. i got the pint and ice cream coming out all over container. So I asked for a bigger cup because my lid kept coming off and the girl took out some of the ice cream. I was so frustrated by then I just left. Next time I will have them remake my ice cream. Girls that worked there very sloppy and rude.
