In the battle for the best Chicken sandwich, Church's falls short. The crunch was OK, but like KFC, its a regular breast with spicy sauce. Popeyes is still king 🐔

Fresh and hot all the time. Seems like they fry with fresh oil cause it doesn't seems burnt or have that bad oil taste. It has the fresh taste...You just have to wait...Good as I remembered back than.. Not too salty. Perfect seasoning, crispy, not too oily, just a bit too much batter coating 😊❤

This chicken is so delicious I do recommend it if your hungry ,freshly made biscuits, Cole slaw & mashed potatoes.

This place dining is closed still due to covid and I understand their app was down so I couldn't get my coupon to print at home I've explained that upon arrival on at the window and I was told no exception you either have the coupon on hand printed or no they cannot honor any coupons after showing her that the app was down I couldn't even place the order so that I could submit the coupon online for curb pickup would I go again to this place no definitely not will recommend NO.

Excellent food always but I explained that I'm a diabetic and had a Diet Coke and my friend had a regular Coke and she mixed up the drinks pressing the wrong tab and had spike in blood sugar that affected my vision and forced me to have my buddy drive. I don't think it was intentional but scary nonetheless.

An old favorite from back home in Texas. Use to be great. Today the remote order system broken and you can't recall the whole menu by the time you get to window to order because they are sold out on most items. And they didn't even allow exchange of fries in place lf lousy powdered mashed potatoes.

Unfortunately this is the cities only franchise and it shows. There's no quality control so sometimes you get hot fresh juicy chicken, other times you can definitely tell it's been sitting in a big batch for hours. Now a CONSTANT issue is that they always "run out" of extra crispy/spicy. Prices also reflect that this is the only option for churchs here as things are 25-35% higher than in the rest of California and or advertising prices.

This place is a freaking joke, please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything here, the 2 times of gotten there they don't have chiken available, that's like going to a Macdonalds and them not having burgers available, also this particular church chiken is the only one in town (Bakersfield) and they won't take their own coupons, also their prices are really high compare to other church chikens, overall a terrible experience.
