Deli Delicious

I’m disappointed. Never been to a more horrible place. The workers were rude and really slow, physically and mentally. They made my sandwich wrong and I even found hair in mine. The “manager” needs to be fired and replaced. The workers don’t even wear hairnets and they touch everything without changing gloves. I hope this place closes down or they get real workers here. People like them should now serve food!!

Horrible! Asked for no Onions and no roasted peppers. But they loaded those two items on my sandwich. Also observed female worker walking around touching all sorts of items other than food and then proceeded to go back to working making sandwiches with the same gloves on. Disgusting I should’ve asked for a refund and left

Quick Summary Pretty solid sandwich shop located in the Marketplace. I would give a slight edge to Sequoia Sandwich Company in regards to food quality, but at least you're not waiting in a long line. Tip: Don't forget the free drink Yelp Check-in. Food- 4 stars Sandwiches were pretty good here. I preferred Sequoia slightly more because of the bread. If I was in a hurry, I would probably end up at Deli Delicious because it isn't as packed Service- 5 stars Staff members are very friendly and attentive. Very accommodating on food recommendations Value- 4 stars It's about $10 for a sandwich and chips, which is pretty much market price for lunches nowadays Bottom Line I give a slight tad to Sequoia Sandwich Company as my favorite sandwich spot in Bakersfield. But would still go to Deli Delicious whenever I have a short lunch break.

So far, I've had nothing but great experiences. I decided to try it one day when I was walking around. They have the best deli sandwiches in Bakersfield. Their bread is always so fresh and tasty. Nothing but great flavor. They also keep really well. I left my sandwich in the fridge for three days and it was still as fresh as the first day.
