Wendy's

This place has thee longest. Wait. In the drive thru, EVER. The other night I went there fairly late it was about 10:00 maybe 10:30 p.m. and there were only two cars ahead of me however I think perhaps the car that was at the window was a friend to the window person because they were there for like a good 20 to 25 minutes after they had already paid and gotten their food just talking and laughing. Some people even backed all the way out of the drive-thru which oh, I would imagine, is difficult but was worth it because that was absolutely ridiculous and then when they finally got to the part where they would ask for my order , the people at the window that they were talking with were still there and the person taking my order kept interrupting me to either laugh at what the person at the window was saying or to add to their conversation repeatedly and it was incredibly infuriating! By the time I did pay and receive our food it was cold and hard and a waste of money. I won't ever go to that location again. Ever.

Ordered food on doordash at 11 it was canceled at 11:30 this store closes at 12 and this would be the second time they closed early so i called and the man i spoke to said they werent open so i asked why it says they close at 12 then and he yelled at me saying i had already called them 3 times and he already said they were open so he lied to me because i was being annoying(that was my first time calling so it was a shock to hear this) i just responded with okay doordash is letting me order at another wendys and hung up why are they always closing early?! I get it if theyre short staffed but come on and whoever that man was needs to be retrained in customer service i work retail and i understand how frustrating people can be but your trained not to treat them this way

Although the workers are always great here (especially compared to some other Wendy’s) the workers tonight on 12/21/21 at around 6:30pm were great! Very nice, helpful, and communicative! Their card machine was down and the gentleman that took my order helped me keep my order under a certain amount because that’s all the cash I had. He was very patient and nice. And the nice woman that helped me at the window had amazing customer service. I’m not sure if their names but I just thought I’d leave a good review to thank them for the good experience!

The female that helped us (the receipt says Alexis there was no name tag on her) was very rude we asked to substitute the drinks for frosties like the mobile app allows. Without taking a moment to ask anyone she said her manager doesn't allow substitutions for the biggie meals, then she quickly handed us our food and forgot to give us our drinks. We had to go back to get our drinks and when we left my mother took a bite of her sandwich and found a onion which she asked to not have. We asked for 2 biggie meals with no onions out of 3 meals and only got one with no onions. Worst experience ever will never return if I could give negative stars I would since according to other reviews the staff here has been rude and uncaring for years it's time to clean house if you want to stay open and yes I filled out the survey and put all of this. I just want others to know.
