Taco Bell

Came inside to order, waited in line for 5 minutes. Was looked at multiple times by workers. Still no help. Called the store. Manager answered like it was her phone asked what i wanted. I was looking at her and I said I want some service, I’ve been waiting for 5 mins. She and another employee told me to use the kiosk. I asked if it had the option to ask for my food to be fresh. They told me yes. The Kiosk Did Not give me that option. Not sure if this location is privately owned or if it is corporate, but everyone needs some training. Keep an eye on your food. Shady things are happening here. You would be better off going to another location. Dissatisfied service. Hopefully this review helps out.

It's pretty hit or miss here. The breakfast is hardest if you can get someone to answer the speaker in driv-thru, a lot of the time no one will take your order when you pull up. Inside is a little better, but Yum Brands needs to decide if they want kiosk or to got back to person-to-person ordering. You could have a worker demand to take your order and I've seen the kiosk disabled. Other times no one is on register and you have to use the kiosk. This TB is very inconsistent and just appears that the workers are caught between low wages and the crazy neighborhood it's located in.
