Wetzel's Pretzels

Employee 5588 very annoyed that she has a job apparently, places my order she was clearly annoyed didn’t ask if I wanted butter or salt or anything else, annoyed that I asked for salt, and only put just a small amount on top, so a good 3 pretzels has butter and salt. My daughter was really looking forward to the pretzels being we are from out of state I didn’t know this location was so poorly ran, fire her & start over.

At the smaller kiosk today, 5/9/2021 4:38 employee #5138, Daisy. Horrible customer service. Looks extremely bothered by people, potential customers, that seek to purchase your product. No sense in how to treat or talk to people. It is understandable that this might be someone’s first job but it looks like it hurts her to be polite or to answer simple regular questions regarding your product. Her and the other young lady. If you do not like the job, find another. Get out of customer service. Hire people based off of experience, not looks.

This team really needs to learn about customer service. I had just purchased some items with my family. We walked away and after giving the kids their items, I then realizing they gave me the incorrect item. I went back only after a few minutes and explained what happen and if they could correct the issue. The young girl at the register didn’t seem to register what I was telling her, she then turned to a co worker who instead of asking how they could help me ask for a receipt. I said excuse me because I was confused while I held their wetzel pretzel cup in my hand. I explained, I’d just bought the item but 3 mins ago and they said we need to see a receipt before we can exchange the item. My wife and kids were in another store at the time so I wasn’t going to walk to her then back and have to wait all over again. So I decided to go take it to the main shop in the mall. Once I got there I asked to speak to a manger. I was told there was no manager. I asked to speak to a supervisor or lead, once again no one was there who was in charge. So I started to explain what was going on to the girl at the register and she cuts me off without even listening to what the issue was about. Then all the girls in the back seemed to start laughing. I told her stop and listen and let me explain the issue so they could help me. She then went to fix the issue but not before consulting with another girl in the back.. I thought there wasn’t a lead. Then the girl at the other register said she isn’t a lead with an attitude. Many might think this is a little petty but it’s not so much about the mistake but their lack of Comprehension , attentiveness, delivery and respect. Places like these with young staff and poor customer service seem to be the norm, No life experience.... either way it’s unacceptable.

Sadly this place has one major problem. The women who are employed their are terrible at costumer service. I was here about 2 days ago from this post date and I ordered pretzel bites and cheese dip. When receiving my order I was giving a regular pretzel. I ask “umm excuse me”? “I ordered pretzel bites”. Before I can finish the woman behind the counter flips her name tag around where I can’t see her name cause i would definitely write it here and says fast and rude “I heard pretzel and that’s what I charged you” I said in return “okay it’s cool whatever” she gets upset at what I said and walks off and begins an argument with me. I’m not one to argue with an employee at an their job. One it makes me look bad and it embarrasses them usually (been on the other end before) but I argued this time saying “you messed up my order which I let slide. You then argue with me by saying my attitude is poor which doesn’t pertain to your job, I’m sorry if I came off rude but your behavior isn’t one of someone who works for a fast food joint in the mall especially when you have a manger/owner who can fire you”. She reply’s rudely and keeps saying no your rude and no yiur acting ridiculous then she raised her voice. This is when I left. Never in my life have I ever wanted someone to be fired from their job but she needs to be punished or fired. And all the other girls who work their should be punished for not stepping in and jangling their employee. She would stop arguing or fix the situation she wouldn’t apologize and on top of all this. The establishment was filthy for mall standards and running only two tellers when they had way then more staff to run more. To top it off even more the food quality here is actually not that bad I would of went again if it hadn’t been for this absurd incident.
