I'm only giving 2 stars because the night manager Sandra was very respectful and and kind to us.
This evening we went through the drive through to grab a quick dinner and our food was awful!! Absolutely awful!! We even waited an extra amount of time for "fresh food" yet when we got home we found cold old food. It was definitely at its time or easily past its sitting time!! Hungry and now grouchy, Sandra handle our situation very professional and gave us a full refund.

Best Wendy's, my son worked here. Only problem is if you order ahead online, It doesn't make a difference. You still have to wait in the drive thru because the diner is closed .

Do not order ahead online especially if you choose to pick up inside because when I arrived for my order thier indoor was closed and they make you wait in line on the drive through and took 10 minutes to reach me on the speaker with other cars trying to get out but can't because they are boxed in and when I showed them my order at the window they said the item I have is not available even though they advertised it on thier menu so I drove off with nothing and my money and time wasted

The honey butter chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich is awesome. It is now my new favorite. Seasoned potatoes and biscuits and gravy.

Every time I go to pick up my child that works there the manager, LA something, is never inside the store she is in her car or outside on her phone not helping with closing. She speaks very disrespectful to the employees that I have heard when I have went through the drive thru.

This place has the worst coordination I've ever seen. Everyone walked around like they were confused and didn't know what to do. It was super busy and they didn't prioritize Mobile orders as they should be. Team member kept complaining that her system was slow and another member told her she was on the wrong PC. To go above and beyond on being rude she stated how tired I looked.
