Sonic Drive-in

We went to a booth no one answered for a good 10 mins but then said they were short staff and said drive thru only. We went trough the drive thru and Scarlet (I’m guessing the manager) was in there making all of the drinks. There were maybe about 6-7 cars behind us, there were only 2 people working. They still managed to get everything done. And we ended up having everything we ordered. If I were the owner I’d give both of them a raise. (Scarlet and the cook). Thank you Scarlet for working hard and getting things done :).

I'm still at sonic, I waited around 7 minutes at the parking and no one responded to the button, I pressed it again and a minute later they said we're doing drive thru only. Went on drive through and waited more to Germany the order. When getting the order it wasn't too pleasant service either but it was bareable. At the window, after waiting almost 10 minutes finally get our total which was more because a promotion wasn't in place, I didn't even get a chance to say cancel that because the worker just swiped my card without even asking because she was already away from the window. Then I got the food many minutes later and I got a spilled over shake and one that with the whipped cream didn't even reach the brim of the cup. Didn't get any napkins or sauces for our hotdogs because after handing the food they immediately retracted back without even asking for anything else or for someone to ask. Everytime is come I get such bad service compared to all the other Sonic's in bakersfield. I'm never coming to this one for sure probably none others either.

Placed my order at the speaker and was told that they didn’t have any Onion rings made. I didn’t say it but but I wonder do they know how to cook them. Wait 15 minutes in line only to get to the window and wait 5 more then was told to pull forward and they would bring my order to me. After another 7 minutes my order arrived. 2 foot long coney dogs, large tater tots, medium fries and a cheeseburger (which they forgot to put tomato on). This was the last time I go there.

I went to order for dinner. I ordered a chicken slinger with tater tots. The chicken tasted dry and like it has been fried in fish oil and I think it was under a heated lamp all day. The tater tots were cold and all stuck together they didn’t taste fresh at all. I paid $8.59 for everything. What a disappointment! will not order to eat there in the future.
