Ordered through mobile app about 15 min before arrival. Arrived and waited another 15 for order to be completed. After receiving order I was then told the machine for shakes was not working and what I wanted to do. Eventually I was given a refund. My burger and fries were cold even the cheese on my burger wasn’t melted. I went to fill my drink and noticed the machine had no ice so I asked for some from the back. After being given the ice I went to fill my drink and the soda had a weird almost dirty flavor and had no carbonation. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here

We went to go order breakfast burritos with bacon egg and cheese no sausage, and the lady gave us 2 sausage biscuits and we didn't get what we wanted, we won't be going there again, next I will ask what ordered and check out bags. One star service. We would like a refund.

The soda was disgusting like the soda and machine need to be cleaned out and has been cleaned out for a long time, the french fries tasted like fish, and the tacos were cold and soft. On the other hand the employee doing drive-thru was very kind and polite.

The service was extremely slow. I went inside to order because the drive-thru was crowded, and they took someone else's order to my car. My husband came in to tell me that wasn't our order, and they went to him got the bags brought them in the restaurant and gave them to a lady who was complaining that she hadn't gotten her order. Total concussion

Food was not bad. There is no Air conditioning it is extremely HOT. Advised staff with no answer. Must be in the high 80's. The state health department should look into the problem.

I’m a trucker i stopped at the truck stop nex to jack in the box and I walked my way to the jack when i got there door was locked but a young lady was giving food to somebody in the parking i asked her if they can take my order and she said come to the drive through window n we’ll take your order and they completely ignored me standing there, didn’t even look this way n I waited 15/20 mins thn i toook off, do we truckers don’t even deserve to order food?

This Jack in the box was a mess stop to eat some food but when we walked in it smelled so bad like urine the place was just run down and didn't seem like the employees cared about any thing or any one trying to eat here. Stay far far away this place is for the homeless to hang out...

Clean dine in area a bit busy at the time of my purchase, fast food not bad would recomend order ahead over all it was better than other jacks in the area
