Mcdonald's

I placed a mobile order with a total of 5 bbq sauces. The app didnt charged me for a single one. When I get to the window Loui who claims to be the manager says "sorry sir but we can only give you one bbq sauce". I said 'I was more than willing to pay for my sauces but the app didn't charge me but it's still on the receipt'. He said: "No, if you want more I have to charge you. I WAS AND WOULD'VE PAID FOR THEM ON THE APP , I'M NOT ASKING FOR FREE SAUCES. Then I ask the female cashier what was the "manager's name" she goes and turns and ask him :" What is your name"? Like she works there and dont know his name. She was obviously making fun of me. Do anyone know how to contact Mcdonalds corporate office?

Disgusted!!! I don’t normally go to McDonald’s, it’s always my kids choice. But a few months ago they asked to go so I took them. We went through the drive thru, and the person collecting cash or card for payment was wearing gloves. He don’t change them in between costumers, which didn’t really bother me, but what bothered me was while I was waiting to pull forward, he began to stick his dirty gloved hands into the large French fry box to open it. Then continue to do several and then stack them up. When I call up to the window to get my food I notified the manager how gross that is they said they’d put a stop to it. Well I finally went back today (kids choice) and they were still doing it!!!!! Puke!!!! I will not be returning to that McDonald’s again!!!!
