Little Caesars

Just got my food. I asked him for a pepperoni pineapple pizza and he said he can’t make custom pizzas so I said give me a extra most bestest then & The pizza he gave me was literally card board hard. I asked the guy in the drive thru for a FRESH PIZZA and he gave me a pizza from the warmer that’s been sitting there and just added cheese on the top. On top of that I called 3times and no one answered the phone & the store wasn’t even busy.

This place here needs to fire there whole staff…. Was in line 10 min to be told the pizza will be ready in 1 to 2 hours…. Are there employees aware that Lil Caesar's slogan is HOT N READY not PAY N LATER…. I would recommend this place if your on lunch or need a quick bite… Just place your order with dominos or Pizza Hut…

We called in the order and when we went to get it they said it would be about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes we went up to ask if it was ready which they proceeded to tell us it would be about 30 more minutes. Yes they were busy it was dinner time but they should by now know how to prepare the hot & ready pizzas so they aren't backed up. This was the place on Airport Dr. A few days later I stopped by again to get a hot and ready around 4:30. I did not call ahead and they didn't have hardly any customers. Again I asked for a hot & ready pizza & crazy. I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. I left and went over to another location that was busy but I had no problem getting want I wanted. So I suggest go to any other lil Ceasars location except for Airport Dr. Not the first time had issues at this location in the past. We stopped going after a while.

Called in for 2 hot n readys, they said my order would be ready in 40 mins. I left 50 mins after I called. Got in line ( mind you they didn’t have one person in the drive thru nor parking lot) when I pulled up I waited 15 minutes just for them to ask to pull to the front and would bring my order out. I then waited 15 more minutes as I watched 3 people walk in and walk out with pizzas… I paid to wait for almost 2 hours for my order. I don’t understand how hard it is to have pizzas already prepared as they are called “ hot n ready”
