Maggie's Sunrise Cafe

Maggie’s Sunrise Cafe now has two restaurants, the other one is behind the Black Angus restaurant on Rosedale highway. I ordered the hamburger patty and eggs. Comes with hash browns, biscuits and gravy. Biscuits and gravy were outstanding. Hash browns and eggs were good. Hamburger patty was not good. Not sure what they did or if it had been frozen and cooked in the microwave? Overall breakfast is good here, just stay clear of the patty.

They were not busy when we walked in maybe 4 tables at the most. All booths were dirty, took a long time for anyone to greet you when we walked in, took their time to clean and seat us. Our server that we had seemed very confused, was slow and when we asked about an item she said I dont know and shrugged her shoulders.

The food here is pretty good and in great quanity. You will get filled up. The options are also vast sp you habe plenty to choose from. I am a big breakfast guy so variety is good. You can pick and choose what you want. The bacon is ok (i love bacon) the pancakes are huge and delicious so ask for extra butter and syrup! And I personally enjoyed the food quite a bit. My company did too. He ordered the Chicken fried steak and eggs with sourdough bread. I had the big breakfast. Pictures are provided. It is loaded down with food. Had to take some home.
