03/26/2022 very busy accident at the drive thrut and slowly inside the restaurant a lot of people left because they were not served they need more staff at the front of the register the kiosks do not work either to order food nor the screen to see the orders they need to improve in this location the owner of this place should pay attention and better train people

Ordered my food through drive thru then to be told to go park and they will bring my food out to me. Keep in mind all I ordered is a happy meal. They told several customers to do this just simply to keep the line moving so new customers pulling into the drive thru will think the line is short and not turn away. Seems like you guys need to hire more help.

We trough drive thru, we ordered sundaes, the cups were half way literally, couldn’t even say half full. We also ordered fries and they didn’t even ask if we wanted ketchup, got home and found out they didn’t even add a packet in our bag. Wish I would of been a mystery shopper in this visit, totally would fail them.

Came during lunch hour went inside. They were super busy. The register lady failed to give me proper change back. I realized when i got home called 10times they failed to answer. Went today the manager didn't even come talk to me i left my number so they can call me back. Very disappointed with service. This was yesterday they should see they were over when they counted their registers. Always make sure before u leave even if they catch attitude

This place is ridiculous I went to put an order over $67.00 dollars through the drive-through & drove home to found out the order was incomplete I call them to state the problem & they had a nasty attitude & told me that she bag my order so it should be right when I'm letting her know is incomplete & that supposed to b fine with me 😡 I'm a single mother trying to provide for my children get paid minimum wage cleaning houses & then this people here have the audacity to steal from innocent people like us like wth 🤦‍♀️ gas is expensive for me to drive back to confront them But God don't like ugly just keep that in mind.

The service here is horrible. "FERNANDA" SHOULD BE FIRED... SHE WAS SOOO RUDE! I simply asked the girl to add extra fudge to my sundae and she compt a huge attitude with me. Then I had a drive thru code and she try to tell me it was too late to give it to her. And then she had the nerve to slam the window on me while I was trying to pay for my order. I can not believe that. I will be going in to the store tomrw to talk to the gm. Hopefully she does something to get rid of the trash.

This location always has horrible customer service and always manages to get my order wrong. I try to avoid going to this location unless another party in my vehicle wants it. Then I get nothing for myself because I know it will be wrong. The cashier also threw my receipt away and I had to wait for her to give me another one.
