Nando's

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a nandos, and I've been to some pretty divey nandos overseas. "Am having", actually - I'm writing this in the booth, because i couldn't wait till we got to the car. So, in order. We arrived to discover that they now use a QR code, sending you to a website, where you order "from your table". Except, we want a whole chicken, basted half hot and half mild, cut into eighths. Back to the counter. "Don't worry sir, just put it in the notes, we read them and we'll do it for you." Ok. Chicken comes out. All mild, in quarters 🤦🏾‍♂️ Send it back. "Sorry sir, we're not allowed to cut it into eighths anymore, orders from head office." Um, so you don't cut it at all? "Oh, no, we cut it into quarters, but not eighths." But i just had it cut into eighths, last week, at another nandos. "Orders, head office, sir. You're welcome to take a (butter) knife and cut it yourself." Ok. Chicken comes out. Half mild, half LEMON AND HERB 🤦🏾‍♂️ Send it back. Finally, half hot, half mild, in quarters...which i then attacked with a butter knife, like some sort of half-hearted psycho. So, the experience was pretty much 0 stars. Why 2 stars then, you ask? Well, the young man who served us was ultra sincere, friendly, and clearly trying to do his job. He deserved a star. And, i have to be honest, the chicken was delicious. Damn you nandos, angry as i am, i can't deny that your chicken is finger lickin' good. So, another star. That said, i don't think I'll ever go back to baldivis (which is incredibly sad, as this has been our family nandos for longer than i can remember - we even have a favourite booth), and if i have a similar experience at any other nandos again, great chicken or no, I'll be calling the relationship quits. The chicken is good, but it's not THAT good.

Ordered from our table which we’re happy to do but waited for 30 minutes and not even our drinks came out. When asked at the counter, the staff member told me “if it’s not ready, I can’t do anything about it” where I then had to ask if he could at least get our drinks out the fridge. When the meals came out, they were dumped on our table without a word. Thought we’d give them another shot from last time where we waited an hour and our whole family ate separately with 20 minutes between each meal coming out cold, thinking they were just busy. From the looks, they prioritise takeaway orders and couldn’t care less about the people dining in.

Told to order at the table online with no explanation as to why... while several staff stood around behind the counter/kitchen area doing nothing..... who would have been more than capable of taking my order. What's next, will I have to cook my own food and wash the dishes? If I could rate it zero stars I would. Nando's as a corporation don't give a siht about customers, hopefully go out of business soon

We waited for an entire hour for 2 meals while we watched a tonne of uber eats meals sit on the bench. Had almost every customer before and after us be served because it seems like the staff can't handle the dinner rush. This is the poorest service and wait times for any Nando's Ive ever been to. Would not recommend it for anyone. You're better off travelling a further 10-20 minutes to another Nando's to get your food.

Would not recommend, went in there for lunch, staff were completely rude. When we got our food everything was great but slammed down on the table, drinks were in bottles and we were told they were warm, which in fact they were and they were going to bring out glasses with ice, when the waitress bought the drinks they were filthy with food stuck on them, we took them up and asked for new ones, with the response from staff “well they just came out of the dishwasher” no apologies or anything, they bought us new glasses with no ice and the glasses were to hot to touch. The places was filthy with chicken stuck on the wall and tables with food left on them. Do not recommend at all!

My friend and I dined at Nando’s Baldivis recently. The staff were rude and very slow to bring the food out. We waited 40 minutes for ours meals to be brought to our table and when they were, our meals were wrong. We told a staff member that our meal was wrong and they replied telling us that they’d fix it but it would be an additional 20 minute wait, which is ridiculous considering we just waited 40 minutes for “fast food”. Once our food was brought back out correctly, it was slammed onto the table in a rude manner. I never had an issue with Nando’s Baldivis until recently. I am unsure if the management and staff have changed or what has happened. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The worst customer service experience and don’t deserve a star! Screwed up our ordered a few time and meals were served wrong and mixed up and the waitress just walked away without no apology and no try to fix up. The chicken still under cooked but one of rude staff said it was the bone, I pointed out that this wasn’t the bone! The whole team was rude & dump and never said sorry for their mistakes and no idea what they doing. Everything was wrong this whole place and no cleaning up tables.
