However, to imagine that it is even mildly exotic is to admit to a subsistence on 1950's Anglo-Australian cuisine, consisting essentially of overboiled greens, mash and corned beef, and yet it may well be as close to authentic chinese food as an 1850's miner could get, so perhaps fitting fare for Ballarat. Those who live in the 21st Century, are nevertheless likely to be so underwhelmed as to be puzzled at Louey Soongs ability to exist as a viable business

Great Dim Sims and spring rolls. Reasonable fried rice. To people who review this badly because of lack of choice try to realise this is a specialty take away and they do it well. Now that some other take away's have stopped making their own dim sims (blaming covid) this place becomes even more valuable.
