Mcdonald's

So, so angry!!! Order missing items Again! Store not answering phone which was expected. No happy meal toy, chips missing, no football cards x 5. Food cold. I often wonder how much McDonald's makes from ripping off customers. I know the drill, come to store and collect missing items. Why should I, just paid close to $10 for delivery. Never, never again? Want money back this time

Not only is the drive-through and parking horrendous but went in and ordered two sundays and a hot apple pie, waited 15 minutes and when I asked what was happening was then informed that the ice cream machine was broken. Possibly something that might have been helpful to know 15 minutes earlier. Staff didn’t care got my money back and left. Will not return.

The item I ordered from the cafe was out of stock yet being available for order on the self service menus. The replacement I got (toasted cheese and tomato) had no flavour and slid right apart. Needed salt or something. Went to grab some sauce for it. The napkins don't get refilled, you need to line up to ask for some while your food is going cold.

What to say. It's like every McDonalds you go into. Something is always dirty, the food is...food. But, I feel like if you want to go to a place to find good quality. You are definitely looking in the wrong place. Bakery Hill McDonald's has more apologetic workers than any other regional Mickey D's. However as I have previously mention there is always something that needs to be cleaned up. This I think wouldn't be an issue if customers cleaned up after there own mess. But, guys, how hard is it to glance around the place? (Maybe there should be designated cleaners? Just a suggestion.) The wait was long, but considering we went during lunch hour and it's right in the middle of Ballarat, time was not on our side. But they did give us a voucher for the inconvenience.
