The Prime Rib

I agree with everyone who said the food was good enough but DEFINITELY not for that price! A steak for $125. I should have gotten the lamb. I honestly have had better at Texas Roadhouse 🤷🏽‍♀️ or Michael Jordan’s steakhouse in Chi. The steak was dry. He asked to cut for us and I should have said no. It was dry and as you can see in the other pictures posted, there is an unnecessary char on the skin. I fely like it was burned. Mayb some ppl like it but, Nah for me. The apple pie at the end was a nice size. That was the best part to me.

We went last night for a birthday dinner. It was definitely busy so it seems to be popular. Our waiter was excellent. The birthday boy was very happy with his prime rib. The halibut was excellent. The lobster mac and cheese was the best we've ever had. The stuffed shrimp was good but I've had better. Not impressed with the potato skins, however i did like the horseradish sauce that comes with them. I like the idea that they included a local business item on the dessert menu, which was icecream from the Charmery (the mark up was rediculous). I would go back again but at the very high price point, every item should be the best we ever had. Good old Baltimore atmosphere.

We came to Baltimore for a football trip, and this restaurant became the highlight for me. This place is 5 stars across the board because of the incredible food and impeccable service. Our waiter Jimbo was extremely knowledgeable, witty, and accommodating to our group. His recommendations hit the mark each and every time. The lamb chops were the best I’ve had in my life. The lobster Mac and Cheese was ridiculously good, and of course the Prime Rib was the main event. If I ever find myself in Baltimore again I will come here for sure.

Cozy upscale dining tucked away just north of downtown in a much quieter spot. I went there with my wife, her brother, and his wife for a birthday and all the food was great. I had the lobster bisque and Chilean sea bass, blackened, which went really well with the tomatoes. I was a little confused about the side dishes; they're all a la carte so be sure to look them over prior to ordering because you may not be asked about them otherwise. I wore dress boots and a sweater and felt a little undressed - a lot of people wore suits even on Sunday evening, so you may want to dress up a bit. A pianist played throughout dinner, adding to the ambiance.

Really wonderful experience. Highly recommend. The parking directly under the restaurant was very easy. The small trio was a joy to listen to. The food was totally delicious. The service was unlike anything I am used to. I really felt like our waiter Solomon was a long time friend. The interior felt like a cool place for adults, like my imagination of such an adult place when I was a kid. Had a 50's sort of mob feel which was totally cool. If you are looking for a nice evening with friends or a special someone, this is the place to go.

My husband and I went to The Prime Rib yesterday for our anniversary. We have a yearly tradition to try a new steakhouse each year. I must say, The Prime Rib exceeded our expectations! The food was amazing from the appetizers, sides, main dishes, and dessert! Our server was very attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere with the piano player made my our dinner even more wonderful. We will definitely be returning customers!

Came here for a Christmas date. The Friday night live music was a nice touch and the food was very, very good. I ordered the pork chop and it was cooked perfectly medium well. The crab cake my date ordered was very good, albeit a little small and closer to top 10 in the city than top 5. But it’s a steakhouse, so it’s all good. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were perfect, the potatoes au gratin were very good as well, just needed a dash of salt. I ordered the cheesecake to go as well, and it traveled very well and tasted amazing. All in all, a great meal. Oh, and according to my date, the cocktail she ordered was made “efficiently”, so you only need one 😂. Only downside in my opinion were the seating arrangements (where we were sat had a slight draft, and it was 2 degrees outside, also, there isn’t a lot of space inside, so the high traffic areas were very high traffic). If you’re celebrating something big, I’d definitely recommend.
