Alexander's Tavern

The burgers and tots were delicious. The maple bacon sprouts were to die for. Only reason I didn't give 5s across the board is because the fish and chips I got where lacking. There was a ton of chips, and they added hush puppies that I didn't order. I guess the hush puppies were to make up for the 2 tiny pieces of fish I received. Most of the pictures show that it came with 3 pieces that are twice the size. I would still come back just because how good everything tasted, but I'd never get the fish n chips again.

Alexander's Tavern is a wonderful bar and restaurant located at the heart of Fells Point, Baltimore. It contains a private upstairs for parties, and long bar and tables downstairs as well as indoor and outdoor dining. With a Gluten Free menu available and a separate kitchen for their GF food, you can rest assured the food you have at Alexander's Tavern will be okay for those with Celiac or wheat allergies. Their food is diverse, delicious, and changes each season along with their weekly crush. Alexander's Tavern is wheelchair accessible in good weather for outdoor seating, it does NOT have an accessible restroom onsite for those with mobility aids.

My partner and I stumbled on this place by just walking around. This place has such a cool vibe and awesome happy hour specials. We happened to come on Monday, which is burger day ($8 Alexsnder burgers and discounts on others). My partner had the Alexander burger with tots, and it was cooked perfectly. I had a bowl of cream of crab soup, and there were LARGE CLUMPS OF CRAB in it. I also had the happy hour portion of honey Sriracha Brussels sprouts, and they had a nice balance of spicy and sweet. I drank a peach mule, which was delicious and also the crush of the week, which was very tasty. My partner had Peabody Heights hazy ale on tap (22 oz. for $8). The bartender, Casey, was very attentive and personable, and he made great recommendations.
