Bo Brooks Crab House

Went here on July 4th to be by the water and enjoy greats drinks. While, I will admit their crush buckets were awesome, the service was absolutely horrific. The bartenders never introduced themselves or even truly acknowledged, forcing me to call out to one male bartender (heavy set white male with shaggy hair) to even be served. There was also a woman there with many tattoos who was serving and giving terrible service as well. They never returned after giving us our drinks until I called him over to just close the tab. The place was not even in the slightest busy so there was no explanation other than laziness and intoxication being that they were all drinking on the job. Once he showed me my total, it had an automatic 20% gratuity included which I’m sure is why the effort was not there and the customer service was lack luster. Beautiful spot and great drinks but definitely needs a complete renovation on servers. Not one employee has ANY customer service experience or personality evidently. Will not becoming back.

You've GOT to be kidding! No waiters to talk to or get answers (but they MAKE you pay a TIP). A $21 Beyond Burger and a $34 crab cake. Ketchup in a squeeze packet like McDonalds. And they got our order wrong! Only online ordering - took me 10 minutes to set up an account. And the food was so-so. Nice location (to get ripped off at).

Sat at the tiki bar for lunch on Memorial Day. The weather was absolutely amazing! Kwame (I hope I spelled that correctly) was our bartender and he made the experience even better. He is an Eagles fan, but I won't hold that against him! GO RAVENS! Great conversation, great drinks and great good. Didn't even get a picture of the Chesapeake fries because we devoured them instantly! Seafood club and fries pictured and my boyfriend for the shrimp salad sandwich. Can't wait to go back and try another menu item.

My experience today (1/21/21) was unmatched because of the chef and Steve. Steve welcomed us so beautifully and made our experience extremely memorable. Steve didn’t realize it but it was our anniversary, he noted what song I was softly playing on my phone and played it in the Resturant. THAT is customer service! We were shocked, impressed and felt “at home”. We will always be back (especially as long as this staff is here!)

Nice ambient setting. Found seats and waited about 30 mins.Someone had to let us know how to order from the barcode on our phones. Limited staff, Food was ok. If it wasn't for the Gentleman Mr Jarrin this rating would've been a 2 star. Very pleasant.. The only person on the floor making sure dozens of people are getting what they need..Crab cake sandwich & crab pretzel is worth getting again..Not the Shrimp salad sandwich.

Enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere and the meal was great. However, there was a patron with a dog barside and both the waitresses/barmaids interacted with the dog, touching, petting and feeding the dog morsels, without washing their hands upon returning behind the bar to fullfill orders and prepare drinks for other patrons. That is VERY unsanitary and I expect better practices by one of Baltimores most famous restaurants. To prevent infections that can be transferred from dogs to humans it is best that those handling food and drinks practice best safe food handling.
