Love this particular location. Whether I’m arriving in Baltimore hungry or leaving, it’s always there. Friendly service, tidy restrooms, music while you eat, what more can you ask for. JVATALARO

The staff here was fantastic! We visited town for a concert and ate here on our way to the venue. This location was very busy due to a baseball game letting out and the concert about to start. Despite rowdy guests, the staff was polite, professional, and fast!!! Fantastic job ladies!!!!

As a large group, we hit Jimmy John's for lunch. We spent roughly 10 minutes from start to finish getting our food. Everything was delicious and it really was "freaky" fast.

Our first time and we're hooked! A good value! We visited before an O's game and despite proximity to Camden Yards was not crowded and service timely!

Experience was awesome. Cashier had the most Beautiful eyes. Polite and warm anything would've been great after she said thanks for the compliment. Didn't give 5 stars because I didn't get her number. Pratt and Eutaw St. Location

Huge fan of the franchise, not so much of a fan of this location but it’s the closest location to me so I don’t have much of a choice. The food is good but the employees aren’t the friendliest or nicest. I always get the gargantuan unwich which is always delicious. They deliver VERY quickly, which I like but they are a bit rude when they deliver. Nevertheless, must eat spot because the food is very good.

I was really pleased. Ordered online and was able to customize the order to meet allergy needs and it was ready by the time I showed up just 5 minutes later. I love the “unwich” bread free option and the way it was constructed it felt like I was actually eating a wrap.

Worked all weekend at the convention center. On my way out of town I decided a sandwich would be good for the trip home. These ladies were behind the counter, singing, having a great time together. They did their work, they got the sandwiches out in a timely manner, and it was super good! Could not have asked for better service. You could tell by the way they had their little bit of fun while they worked and the smiles on their face that it made the environment there so much better.
