Three stars for the food, four for the location. A decent place to stop on a hot day. The custard isn't special, but it is sweet and the portions are generous. A bit expensive.

Love Rita's in general but this location is perfect since nothing beats enjoying a frozen custard or Italian ice on the pier and enjoying the day. Really popular on the weekends so sometimes lines but weekdays during work, it is nice to just come by for a snack during lunch. The prices are a little higher than Rita's located in the suburbs but well worth it for the quality and getting to enjoy it right on the pier. Staff has always been friendly but they are busy so highly suggest looking at the menu on the side first before lining up or trying to decide once you are at the registers.

Delicious!!! With great service! My daughter got Cotton Candy and it was yummy! I followed them and for the free kids cup of Island Fusion and it was really yummy too!

Green apple Large Italian Ice.
While walking in Baltimore inner harbor, get one for cool down. It said with real fruits.
Citrus and sweet slush style. Maybe pricy in downtown area, but great taste.

Awesome flavors. Mango is the best! There was only one guy working the stand, but Cristion did a great job getting everybody's order correct and swiftly, considering he was solo. Make sure you tip him well when you go!

Decent price, came in handy in the heat while waiting to board Spirit of Baltimore boat cruise. Multiple Gelato and juice flavors.

Ritas is ritas in terms of the Italian ice itself no complaints there just wish there were more flavor options. Also parking is hard to find in the area.... and it's a little hidden. But staff was friendly and great, open late night until 12am most nights. Just wish there was parking and it wasn't so hidden.

Regional grab-stand for fresh dessert items. Friendly employees. A slight premium on prices is due to the high-rent location, but if you're at the harbor, it's worth it.
