Outback Steakhouse

We went to the outback for a quick bite. We ordered two drinks a regular Coke and a Diet, and an appetizer. A Caesar salad and a house salad. I also ordered a Victoria's filet. We got two reg sodas ( strike 1 ) then the house had cucumbers and no tomatoes ( wrong again ) wanted tomatoes and no cucumber. The waiter Dan was very polite and quick to fix the mistakes. It's the little things that will make an experience 5 stars.

I had such a great steak that I need to write about it. I got the new and needs to be permanent! Bone-In Ribeye* with Bourbon Onion, It was cooked perfectly medium and out of this world. The baked Potatoe with everything was great and the seasoned rice. I also had about the best restaurant dessert I ever had. NEW! Tim Tam® Brownie Cake** That cake is awesome, and those cookies are spectacular and now combine that with the warm caramel sauce and you have an unbeatable combination of flavors and textures.

My husband and I were celebrating the success of his recent surgery. I suggested Outback because we had not been there in awhile. My husband ordered us the coconut shrimp while looking at the menu he was not in the mood for steak. I found him the chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta. He raved over it and even had me take a bite. The chicken was so very moist! I got the ribs which actually were falling off the bone, sweet potato and salad. We took some of our food home even got dessert to take home. Very exceptional occasion. Ben the manager was coming around often to ask if he could get us anything, very friendly. Our server Gabriel had been around several times and kept our drinks filled, our napkins replenished (my ribs) and was very attentive to every detail. Can't wait to go back. Love the new menus.

Our waiter was Saiah and he was a fabulous server. He got my special order spot on to the cook. I've had others not get it right then it's cooked wrong. His personality was great to have. He engaged in our conversations but still did his other tables efficiently . Our bartender also made me a special request daiquiri and it was delicious. This was a pleasant experience.
