R&r Taqueria

We have lived in MD 5 years and have been looking for good Mexican food the entire time. We have tried several places with no luck. Today we tried R&R and finally found what we were looking for! Fantastic salsa to start. Husband got 2 steak and 1 chicken taco. I got chori-pollo. Delicious and authentic taste. Large portions. We loved it and will be back.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to R&R during my work trips to Baltimore. The quality of Mexican food/tacos are definitely pretty good for the North East, and this review is coming from a well traveled foodie. They are known for their Al Pastor but everything I’ve tried is pretty tasty and authentic across the board. This chicken tortilla soup was good, but the broth could use a little more flavor.

You NEED to get the carnita and chorizo (spicy sausage) tacos!! The fried pork (carnita) had huge chunks of pork and the chorizo was so flavorful. You can fill up on the 3 taco combo, because it also comes with a side of beans and rice. Biggest pet peeve with tacos is when they only come with one tortilla because it always breaks, which was this case :( but it was good to mix in with the rice. Went during 2-3PM and it was crazy busy and kind of hectic, but it was worth being seated. Everything was so brightly colored and decorated

Family owned, and it shows. The son took our order, made additional suggestions that we also enjoyed, and he was so nice. He loves his families restaurant. "A blessing to work here." We were disappointed in our Baltimore experience until we found this restaurant. Food is worth driving here for. It was delicious and a short walk from the crowds at Camden Yards for you die-hard Orioles fans. Much respect to this family and their restaurant. Awesome food!!! 5 stars

I visited this place with my family while looking for a casual restaurant with good eats. At first I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked inside but gave it a try. The food smelled delicious even my 6yr old was intrigued and he is picky with smells. The food was delicious and margaritas were great as well. Decent prices and attentive service.

I love the service- fast, friendly, efficient. The young lady from El Salvador is so nice and she makes the best Micheladas I’ve ever had in Baltimore! The chef will honor your special requests even if it’s not on the menu and the food is fresh and pretty decent especially the veggie options. I hope they can introduce vegan cheese and impossible meat in their menu soon. They have a decent happy hour. The only thing they could improve is not have ice in the glasses they are serving beer in- my modelo especial had a chunk of ice and tasted salty. Definitely coming back !
