Incorporated Accents Grill

Food is great, service was great, the atmosphere is just like sitting in the walkway by the door of a small shopping mall... Which it is. Which may be a way to get you to try the more upscale Serengeti next door. We like the food and the portions are just fine at Accents so we occasionally make the 45 minute drive there for a decent dinner.

We walked in around 7pm as a (hungry) party of 7 on the last intermediate night of Succos. They have a nice wooden comfortable succah outside, with waiter service. They do take reservations, but not in the succah unfortunately, which is first come, first served. By the L-rd's grace, we had a double table free up just as we arrived. There was only one waiter for both outside and inside spaces, so everything took a bit longer than I expected, -- but the waiter was very polite about it. The food definitely was worth the wait. Very nice vegetarian chili (it was not super spicy so even my kids could eat it), very nice wings (we ordered BBQ), coffee steak (really nice but did not taste like coffee somehow) and a bunch of hamburgers (all excellent). They did not have curly fries, the regular fries were exactly what you expect, - a little crunchy, not soggy. They added a 20% mandatory tip because of the large party (I assumed before the standard was 15-18% but perhaps the margins have inflated in the last couple years). Overall, we paid about $35/person, but it was good food and a lot of it, too - we took a bunch home. Would be happy to come again.

Have not eaten here in a while, as I don't keep kosher. But kosher or not, the food was delicious and an excellent value for the portions they provide. We shared the Kentucky Bourbon Burger (yummy bbq sauce and grilled onions in particular) and the Portuguese Chicken and Rice Bowl, which was very tasty, fresh and plentiful. John, who has served here for many years is awesome and never stops moving, checking on his customers. Jeff, the GM, also makes a point to say hello and check on people's meals as he is running around and keeping tabs on all of the restaurants and liquor store under his management. Highly recommend! 😋😋

Service was INCREDIBLE. Servers name was Shira and she was very nice and honest and quick to help. We had very delicious meals and ate our fill. Portions were nicely sized. Store has a convenient nice location. Covid guidelines were followed very nicely. (The only thing that bothered us was a young man with big bushy hair walking into the kitchen without covering his hair. But shouldn’t have ruined our time)
