Scoozi Restaurant

Wonderful atmosphere. A great place to stop while shopping at the Cross Keys shopping center. I had the grilled chicken club for lunch. The chicken was well cooked and the accompanying shoestring fries were flavorful. The outdoor seating has umbrella covered seats with an excellent view of the shops. Nice place to talk, eat, and people watch.

The hotel is great. This is now my 3rd time here. The service is deplorable. My dinner was given to 2 separate guests who ordered well (15 minutes or more) after I did. In the end it was over an hour after I was here before I received dinner. The food itself was pretty good. I just hoped the service would have been better!!

Stayed at the Raddison and this restaurant is used for room service. First the restaurant doesn’t answer their phone. It’s terribly hard to get in contact with someone. The first day I ordered a Caesar salad. It was ok. Nothing special. Second day I ordered lunch; Soup of the day. The beans were hard and under cooked. Ordered another Caesar salad. Meatball sub with fries, It was cold when it came to the room. The fries were cold and hard. We also ordered a crab cake sandwich (my son ate with no complaints) the Greek wrap was bland. Obviously I was glutton for punishment because we ordered dinner from the restaurant, that night. We got the steak and fries. Asked for a medium steak. Got well done. The asparagus were BURNT! The fries were warmer than before. But still cool. The steak was one of the worse cuts of beef I’ve ever tasted. The steak could barely be cut with a steak knife and in some areas the steak couldn’t be cut! We have one more night at the hotel. We will be ordering from another restaurant. Basically $250 in food was a completely disgusting waste!

Service is good but they’re extremely short staffed, even in the hotel. One of the restaurant employees were on our floor and by the time we made it downstairs she was seating us. The table behind us waited an hour or more for salmon and a salad and almost left completely before the waitress brought out their food

Food and service were disappointing - actually something that you’d expect Gordon Ramsay to visit on one of his infamous TV shows to showcase poor quality food. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening - first red flag. Next red flag would be the poor service, the waitress didn’t know how to split the bill in half, for example. Third red flag would be the quite laughable excuse for food, especially for the prices. For example, the “beet salad” was a bed of old lettuce with small pieces of beet. Overall - Would not recommend.
