Friendly's

We went and it was ready to storm well we got our order it was storming bad so we was eating lights and electricity went out so we had to of course stop and we was also spoiled because it went dark and it was scary also we was just DONE and wanted to finish but was dark and unsettling so we wanted to go than no way to pay no electric so than finally ten more min cash register was up now to take debit . We feel we should have been compensated some what for being so uneasy no light no back up nothing but exit light but nope not one complimentary thing at all. I felt it wasn't very welcoming so if any kind of weather thing occurs DONT DO ICE CREAM OR SIMPLE DINNER AND ICE CREAM .it wasn't what I feel should have been done to offer 3people a welcome back unvite so wasn't a happy person to be were its name is FRIENDLYS!!!.

I had lunch there today with my 2 sons. We had burgers, waffle fries, onoin rings, and chicken tenders. No complaints, in fact surprised at the size of the burger pattie, bigger than most chains. Service was accommodating and friendly (no pun intended). It was nice that management also pleasantly acknowledged us (gentleman I think was manager & the GM). Showing an interest in your customers is a sign of people that care. Sometimes it's the small things that make the biggest impression. Thanks, see you soon.
