Just moved to Anthem House recently after a nightmare two years in other Baltimore buildings. Living at Anthem House has been a total game-changer. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place. The vibe is modern and cozy, and the big windows are great for my unit so I can see the sun most of the day. Plus, the layout is so smart — they really nailed the whole 'open concept' thing. Props to the Danielle at Anthem House, too. She stuck with me and got my application in and secured my spot three months before I moved in, which was amazing considering the nightmare building I was leaving. In a nutshell, Anthem House is not just a place; it's a lifestyle upgrade. If you want your home to feel like a daily vacation, this is the spot. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic building. My wife and I lived here for nearly five years and only left due to work. It's located in the best part of Baltimore with amazing waterfront views and proximity to everything you need for daily living, the amenities are incredible (especially the gym - TWO squat racks), and the staff are courteous and professional. The common areas are beautiful - we hosted our wedding reception in the lounge and it was perfect... not to mention infinitely cheaper than renting a venue. In five years we only had a few minor issues and they were handled promptly and efficiently. The apartment layouts have so much storage. We're very picky people and would move back without hesitation if we're ever able to relocate back to Baltimore.

She not only took the time to walk me through the property, ensuring I was familiar with all the amenities, but also demonstrated an impressive promptness in responding to emails. It was evident from my very first interaction with her that she genuinely cares about the residents and their well-being. Her exemplary service, combined with the excellent features of the property, instantly convinced me that Anthem House A2 was the perfect choice. I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the property management for assembling such a remarkable team. Danielle's exceptional service is a testament to the high standards upheld by Anthem House A2. I am confident that with team members like her, the property will continue to thrive and remain a top choice for prospective residents.

Not only is Anthem House beautiful on the outside, but it is remarkable on the inside and by that, I mean the staff!! The team here is absolutely phenomenal!! I've had the honor of hosting a few Comcast events at the property and each time it gets better and better. The residents are super engaging, and it truly feels like a community!

Danielle in the leasing office has always been so quick to respond and helps with any questions I have. Dionte with the maintenance team is super quick and efficient and comes within 2 hours to address my maintenance requests every time. The Anthem House team is overall the best I’ve experienced and I would highly recommend the property to anyone. They make it feel like home!
