Mcdonald's

The store was presentable and lit accordingly. The store seemed generally clean minus the tables with the flaked texture on the tables. Made it seem like straw wraps and crumbs were all over the table even though it was clean. A ice bucket was right behind the register to which allows air pollutants to fall into the ice. In general the store was okay, food was good.

Nice area. They try to keep it clean. It gets really busy especially durning the week. Ice cream machine never works. Bathrooms stay locked. Nice customer service. Conversations are usually held between coworker from across the restaurant. Sometimes there is a long wait for your food based off of how crowded it is. Employees are nice and accommodating; dont mind cleaning a specific area if you ask them to.

Well........ the fries are usually always good. But the fish is still the same like it has been for years. Small, flat, scrawny and mushy. It used to be thick with corners and it tasted like fish. Boy oh Boy! Would it be asking too much to get the thick flakey fish with cheese and a little bit of tartar sauce on a fresh warm bun like the good ol' days. Oh Well...What the H___!

This is a very busy McDonald's 400 blk. Baltimore St. The staff is very polite,helpful and professional. They put a capital T in teamwork.Operating so together,allows the food to be prepared and delivered to guest timely. The place is clean,workers are always close by to wipe up spills snd clean tables. The food was also very tasty ,Sweet Tea always sweeten just right for my taste. My friend enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee. One of the Staff carried the coffee to the table 4 me. My hands were full. I appreciated the help and kindness.

The cashiers here give good customer service. The employees seem to be committed to serving their customers. So don't try to use the bathroom there unless you bought something to eat at McDonald's. One time though the person in charge of the straws for your drink....said only take one to an elderly gentleman. It was way she said It. She raised her voice. He dropped the other one he had in hand. He has only two. When he walked away he told another employee that they use the straws for something else. #howdidyoureact

This location was very clean, organized, service was fast and friendly. And for the first time my vanilla ice coffee was actually made right and tasted great!! The employees were very polite and friendly! 7/15/17 Today when I came here the atmosphere was completely different. The staff was not polite, not friendly, and very unprofessional. Our food took forever to come out, but when it did come, it was fresh and hot! The food was great but the staff was absolutely horrible! Only two stars today! **
