Kiosk kept freezing. Took 4 tries to place my order. After touching the kiosk, I tried to use the hand sanitizer attached to the side; out. Tried the one by the front door; out. Tried the other one by the side door; out. Tried to add a Coca-Cola to my order and was told they were out. Out! A McDonald's without Coca-Cola?? Might as well not have burgers and fries. Only reason it's not 1 star is the fries were fresh and delicious.

Terrible customer service. I am a uber eats driver. I had an order close to the closing time but they were supposed to still be open 5 more minutes. The gentleman in the light colored shirt was mopping the floor. I showed him my order on my phone. He told me to go through drive thru. I went to drive thru and nobody was there. Again I knocked on the window. He had an attitude and lied saying he didn't get the order. When I asked him to please make the customer's order because they were still open, he refused. Immediately a woman that had been in drive thru left the store. Both of these staff didn't feel like doing their job and closed early. Not only did I miss out on income but their customer didn't receive the order they paid for.

Avoid the E. Fort Avenue, Baltimore Maryland, especially the drive-through after the dinner hour starts until closing... everyday of the week.
Every single time I pull over to wait for my food. Getting what I ordered, exactly as I ordered and hot, hardly ever happens. I have a better chance at winning the Powerball Jackpot. To try to avoid mistakes with my order, I always order through the app at any location, same as with this location. So, why they can't get the orders correct? Simply, it's the lack of supervision of a true professional to teach everyone on how to be professional under all circumstances and do their job with the accuracy the customer/company expects of them.
Last night's (6/6/22)episode was no different what I've already described. A few minutes after 10pm, I placed an order through the app for a large fry and a bacon quarter pounder with no ketchup, add mayo, add lettuce, extra cheese and onions. When I pull up to the window the cashier gave an appropriate greeting but then proceeded turn towards the kitchen area and go off cursing about two customers that wanted order on foot through the drive-through window. I finally get the order, I look in the bag to see a half filled fry container with cold fries. I showed the half filled container of fries to the cashier and he apologized and asked me to pull over and he would have someone bring me out a fresh container of fries. I wish I would've looked at the burger too before I pulled off too. The burger was missing the onions and the bacon. I also didn't receive a receipt. Finding the franchise owner online... bahahaha. McDonald's wants you to pay to find out who the owner is so you can tell them your situation.
Bottom line, these are reoccurring problems with this location. Go somewhere else. Last night was my last visit.

Looked open, all signs lit and schedule to be open, but no response from inside. Sat in drive thru for a while around 6am, never got a response. What's going on?

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to. The line for the drive through was busy but they took no orders in the drive through so everyone just left. Then we went inside to get our food and it took them 45 minutes for them to tell us that the ice cream machine was broken then another 20 minutes for them to give us the food and even then it was missing parts of our order

Come on yal. 🤦🏻♂️ Rude when bringing me my order, which was also missing items, and then rude when I asked for the missing items. I only gave two stars cause it was raining. But that’s still not an excuse to ignore someone when they say “I hope you have a good day.” 🙄😒😩

It’s always so miserable going here just because of the service. They’re rude no matter how nice you are. They’ll get aggressive with you if you order more than a single item and they clearly hate their job. Something needs to be done here because the service sucks! It’s only McDonald’s but shoot one rude person ruins your whole day just because they can’t be kind

Worst customer service ever!! They're so slow! They take forever in the drive thru and they're gonna tell customers who are waiting to put their order to go to the kiosk and put their order in! Ridiculous!!
