Mcdonald's

First time I've been back to this location I'm quite some time and found that to be remodeled. It is the most unusual McDonald's remodel that I have seen in Baltimore. It's kind of fun kind of interesting kind of cool. However the staff wasn't great and the service was slow and not particularly friendly. They were also very prickly about refills because they did not have a soda machine accessible to the customers. You had to ask for one and then they got mad at me for handing my cup to them when I should have gotten a fresh one apparently.

So let me tell you about this place I used to live around here. They had African American lady manager who did not play no games the food is always hot piping hot fries are fresh Quarter Pounders are made to order if you respect her store and her team you will get the utmost respect I just recently went there the lines are a little long but the food is fresh the food is hot and they are very much courteous and professional y'all setting standards

Always short staffed during morning rush. Usually waiting at least 15 minutes to get your food if you walk in to the dining area and order. Drive through is usually better especially when Keisha is taking orders. She is very professional and kind all the time!! I always come back because of her professionalism and positive attitude!!
