One of the worst Taco Bells I've been to, but I've generally had great experiences with Taco Bells. This one is slow, the food is prepared with little care, the staff is not friendly, and weirdly enough sometimes the chips taste like cardboard. I still go because I love taco bell but every time I wish it was better.

My girlfriend went to this location to get me something to eat before I went to work. And for the employees to sale & serve me these tacos & burrito like this was & is unacceptable. There was hardly any meat in the burrito & tacos & even placed some meat on one side of one of my tacos. How do expect people to pay for food that is not all there or worth eating? Then I called the store on Reisterstown Rd & not only didn't anyone answer. I got a voicemail that was full so I was unable to give my complaint. This what you call "poor leadership" & "terrible customer service". In anything that I purchase in life, it is not about the money for me. It's about the service & quality. I didn't get either for my money.

Here in the drive Tru right now been in line an hour since 7pm now it's 8pm . employees inside came out laughing at the line went inside . nobody is taking any orders nobody to be seen. Long line of people upset people they must be on strike or something. Knocked on the windows,said hello a million times at the drive Tru mic. They are ignoring the customers

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Half the time you can’t even get any service whether they claim to be “cash only” or sometimes just flat out “not taking orders” The worst part is all the other fast food restaurants nearby are constantly backed up because clearly no one is able to order at Taco Bell While the other drive-through lanes are backed up all the way into the streets, the Taco Bell sits empty and that should tell you all you need to know right there
