Food was decent. The kiosk in the lobby was broke and wasted 15 minutes just trying to place an order. Workers were surprisingly courteous and helpful for it to be a McDonald's. The morning service is is great though and face paced. I take it because everyone is rested and refreshed for the day.

Felt safe because there was an armed security guard. But the food was lightning fast and it was very clean and well kept!

Most times the service is good. Seems the morning shift is better. Maybe cause they are half asleep and too tired to have an attitude. Evening shift there are more attitudes from the younger workers. But that's every fast food place not just McDonald's. I blame that on lack of experience and not being taught at home as well on how to handle customers. They don't understand the moto, the customer is always right. Even when we aren't. Just smile, handle them as fast and friendly as you can get them out then go in the bathroom and have your attitude. Store is always clean, managers are great food and service is fast

The only problem I had was I ordered a 4a w no pickles and add cheese and ketchup but they forgot BOTH and gave me a regular crispy chicken sandwich with pickles 😤

Best McDonald’s breakfast in Baltimore. Always hot, quick and thorough drive through, staff is always friendly and on top of their game. I have multiple McDonald’s by my house but would drive 15 extra minutes up 83 just to get their food

There's only a few McDonald's in the Baltimore area that's worth dining at, and this one is one of them. Besides the location it's still has great atmosphere. Employees are very professional and quick in getting your order to you hot and fresh. If you do have an issue they are quick to solve the problem in a respectable manner. Whoever the manager is deserve a raise for outstanding work ethics. 💯💪👏
