Mcdonald's

I went through the drive thru. I didn't order something the took a lot thinking to make . My order was a lg coke ,lg fry ,2 double cheese burgers and that was it . When I got to the window to , they handed me a lg cup and a bag . After I paid the bill . After got about 2 miles from that place . I decided to try some fries, it was hard ,dry and cold . So I decided to drink some soda to wash it down. It was a diet coke , very bad flavor.

Worst customer services, the staff is slow with EVERYTHING, the food is nasty and if you try to say something about your food the employees roll their eyes, or have an attitude. The location is shady, dirty, and people hung around it buying you know what all the time. Called corporate on this place multiple times, and never heard back from anybody. Guess they don’t care about this location. Won’t be returning ever again........ Oh and this probably the last McDonald's that still haven't been remodel.

I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a mcdonald's since it is cheap. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:35pm when the drive thru was supposed to be open but noone would answer after about five minutes of trying to get an answer. Then went up to the window and tried knocking loudly with no answer. Then another two cars came around frustrated too asking us if we knew what was going on. One of the said they could see the girls laughing in the back thru the window. So I drove to the McDonald's right up the street and the service was fantastic; quick, correct, and polite. Plus everytime I come to this McDonald's it's incredibly slow. Not sure if they're understaffed or have no motivation but it'll be difficult to return to this McDonald's since there's one down the street that's obviously managed so much better.

This particular McDonalds location is probably the worst one in the area by far! Not only does it take forever for you to get your food , but they are almost always forgetting something, it's rarely hot or fresh, they never have everything that I want and if you go inside to eat there are always homeless people in the lobby smelling up the place asking for change. Their air conditioning barley works in the summer, Nor is there a working restroom facility so forget about washing your hands before or after you eat- let alone going to the bathroom or letting your kids go as they always need to before &/or after they eat & drink!!
